Objectives:

Explore tobacco addiction as a chronic condition and its effect on other chronic illnesses
Discuss integrating tobacco treatment into chronic disease management for improved patient care
Increase the use of Ask, Advise, Refer brief intervention in primary care
Improve understanding of statewide and local resources for tobacco cessation services
